About these terms

These terms apply to tickets bought for, and visits to, the Kino at 2 Church St, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5ND. By booking a ticket or entering the cinema you agree to them.

Tickets and bookings

• Ticket prices are shown at the point of booking and may vary for special events and live screenings.
• An 80p booking fee applies per ticket on online bookings. This helps cover the cost of the booking system, and is non-refundable in all circumstances.
• Bookings are handled by our ticketing provider, Veezi, and are subject to their terms at the point of purchase.
• Please check your booking carefully before paying. You are responsible for making sure the film, date and time are correct.

Refunds and transfers

Tickets are generally non-refundable, and once a booking is complete it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are normally only given where we fail to provide the service, for example a technical breakdown. If a screening is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by us, you will be offered a refund or an alternative.

Transfers are at the discretion of the duty manager and must be requested at least 24 hours before the booked performance. If a transfer costs less than your original booking, the difference is not refunded; if it costs more, the balance is payable by card at the time of transfer. For any other issue with your booking, speak to us at the box office and we will do our best to help.

Age ratings and admission

• All films are shown in line with their BBFC certification. We may ask for proof of age, and we reserve the right to refuse admission where we cannot confirm a customer meets the age requirement. In any dispute, the duty manager’s decision is final.
• We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone behaving in a way that disrupts other customers or staff.

At the cinema

• Please arrive in good time; latecomers may be admitted at our discretion so as not to disturb others.
• Recording or photographing a film is not permitted.
• Any deals or offers are subject to their own terms and availability, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your visit.
