Privacy
The short version
This website does not collect anything about you. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no forms.
Two things do involve personal information: booking a ticket, which happens on our ticketing provider’s site, and the CCTV cameras on our premises. Both are covered below.

This website
This site does not:
- set any cookies, its own or anyone else’s
- load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other tracking or advertising script
- ask for your name, email address or any other detail
Some pages link out to other sites - our ticketing provider, our Facebook and Instagram pages, YouTube, and the Kingdom Shopping Centre’s parking information. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
Film trailers. Trailers on our film pages are held on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you actually click play - the poster you see beforehand is our own image, served from this site. If you do play a trailer, YouTube receives your request and its own privacy policy applies at that point.
Booking tickets
Online bookings are handled by Veezi, the ticketing system we use, on its own website. When you book, you provide your name, email address and card details. Card payments are handled by the payment provider - we never see or store your full card number.
Veezi (part of Vista Group) acts as our processor, meaning it handles the data on our behalf. How and where Veezi stores and transfers that data is set out in its own privacy policy at veezi.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We use booking information to issue your ticket, to admit you to the screening, to contact you if a showing is cancelled or rescheduled, and to keep the financial records we are required by law to keep. Our lawful basis is performance of the contract between us, and our legal obligation for the accounting records.
We keep booking information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and financial records for as long as tax law requires.
If you buy a ticket at the box office in person, we take payment and issue a ticket. We do not ask for or keep your details.
We do not sell, rent or share customer lists with anyone.
CCTV
CCTV is in operation on our premises. We use it to keep customers and staff safe, to protect the building and to prevent and detect crime. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in the safety and security of the cinema.
Cameras cover public areas of the building. They are not placed in toilets or any other private space, and the auditoriums are not recorded during screenings.
Footage is stored securely and access is limited to the owners and duty managers. It is overwritten automatically on a rolling cycle, unless a recording has been kept for a specific incident.
We may share footage with the police, or with our insurers, where there has been an incident or where we are required to do so by law. We do not publish CCTV footage or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/concerns or on 0303 123 1113.
